Our culinary philosophy has always been one of sophisticated simplicity: We make the most of the freshest ingredients and suppliers available here on our doorstep. Even the herbs on your plate will have been picked or foraged that day by our innovative new head chef, Ross Sloan.
Ross’ menus change according to what is good that week, and are designed to be seasonal and sustainable. You’ll find comforting classics and alongside elegant new creations, and our desserts and cream teas are irresistible, regardless of whether or not you have a sweet tooth!
Don’t just take our word for it, though. Come and relax with a glass of wine or Cornish ale on our beautiful terrace, lose a Sunday afternoon on one of our squishy sofas looking out to the mount, or pop in for a Cornish cream tea. We’d love to have you.
