About The Chef
Our Young and dynamic Head Chef, Nathan Williams, has created menus to reflect modern British cuisine using the fantastic ingredients available locally to us in West Cornwall. We use vegetables and meat produced and bred on the local farms. Fresh sea air adding to the flavors and wholesomeness. Nathan has worked with some top chefs both here and around the country, honing his skills and bringing them home to his native Cornwall. His father is a fisherman (who also supplies with some our super-fresh fish from the bay just outside the hotel).
In keeping with our 2 AA rosette status everything is created on site including the breads and ice-creams. Milk, coffee and eggs are free-range and organic.
